These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goodsbet platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use goodsbet. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goodsbet login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Payment Terms
Deposits and withdrawals on goodsbet are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in BDT. Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.
Fair Play
All casino games on goodsbet use certified random number generators. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded by goodsbet that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which goodsbet confirms the identity and age of players. |
| "AML" | Anti-Money Laundering — the policies and procedures employed by goodsbet to prevent the use of the Platform for financial crime. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6, the time zone used for all dates, times, and deadlines referenced on the Platform. |
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing goodsbet, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference.
goodsbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account on goodsbet. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older. goodsbet operates a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Where a player is found to be under 18, their Account will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on goodsbet at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or otherwise associated Accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. goodsbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts identified and to void any Bets placed through them.
3.3 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and voiding of open Bets.
3.4 KYC Verification
goodsbet conducts KYC verification in accordance with its AML obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or accessing certain Platform features:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket account showing your registered mobile number)
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions. goodsbet will not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
3.5 Restricted Territories
goodsbet operates primarily for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. goodsbet reserves the right to restrict or close Accounts belonging to players in territories where the Platform's services cannot lawfully be provided.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits to your goodsbet Wallet are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt. goodsbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
goodsbet will only accept deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML review, Account suspension, and forfeiture of deposited funds.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval during business hours; up to 2 hours during peak periods.
- Upay: Typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: Typically completed within 1–3 business days.
goodsbet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or resolution of a disputed Bet. Players will be notified of any hold applied to a withdrawal request.
4.3 Currency
All Wallet balances, Bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on goodsbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. goodsbet does not currently offer multi-currency accounts; all transactions are processed and settled in BDT.
5. Betting Rules & Void Markets
5.1 General Betting Rules
All Bets placed on goodsbet are subject to the specific sport or market rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that market. goodsbet's trading team reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement and confirmed via your bet receipt. goodsbet does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available between the moment you begin placing a Bet and the moment it is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; the confirmed receipt odds are final.
5.2 Void Bets
A Bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Wallet in the following circumstances:
- The event or market is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined
- The Bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error
- The event result cannot be verified from official sources within a reasonable timeframe
- The Bet was placed in violation of these Terms (e.g., by a suspended Account)
- goodsbet determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised
In the case of cricket matches specifically — including BPL, IPL, and T20 international fixtures — goodsbet follows ICC and relevant board official result declarations. Matches reduced in overs due to weather will be settled according to the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method result where applicable.
5.3 Palpable Errors
goodsbet reserves the right to cancel or amend any Bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error in the pricing feed. Players who knowingly exploit palpable pricing errors may have their Accounts suspended and winnings from such Bets forfeited. goodsbet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
goodsbet offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific promotion terms supplement and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit bonus requires ৳20,000 in cumulative qualifying Bets to be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
goodsbet monitors bonus activity to identify and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk, opposing Bets across Accounts to guarantee bonus extraction; using Bonus Funds in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, goodsbet reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Accounts involved.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds and free Bets that are not claimed within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without compensation. Bonus validity periods are stated in each individual promotion. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry of any bonuses credited to their Accounts.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goodsbet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. goodsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC
- Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
- Accepting deposits or placing Bets on behalf of third parties
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or palpable pricing errors for financial gain
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multi-accounting or stake-balancing strategies
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing goodsbet staff or other players via any communication channel
- Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your goodsbet Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@goodsbet. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Active Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure are not transferable and will be forfeited.
8.2 Involuntary Suspension & Closure
goodsbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:
- The Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified
- A KYC or AML review cannot be satisfactorily completed
- The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months
- goodsbet is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement instruction
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Wallet balance will be held securely and returned to the verified payment method if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, goodsbet reserves the right to withhold the Wallet balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion through the Account settings dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion options include temporary suspension periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, login is blocked and all promotional communications are suppressed. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 8.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. goodsbet will notify the Account holder by email after the initial twelve-month period of inactivity. If no activity is recorded within a further twelve (12) months following that notification, goodsbet reserves the right to close the Account and return any remaining verified real-money balance to the last verified payment method on record.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goodsbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or interruption of service. goodsbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
goodsbet makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform functionality. goodsbet will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to goodsbet's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through goodsbet's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by goodsbet's licensing authority.
Players are encouraged to resolve any issues or complaints in the first instance by contacting goodsbet's support team via live chat (available 24/7, average response time 2–5 minutes) or by email at support@goodsbet. goodsbet commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
11. Amendments to These Terms
goodsbet reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform banner at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms come into force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of goodsbet following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you object to any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure before the new Terms take effect.
